Oburumu Tamaraukepreye, popularly known as Tam Oburumu is a Nigerian writer, activist, social critic and tutor. He was born on the 26th,December,1977 at the Central Hospital Warri, Bendel state, now Delta State.Though he has genealogical affiliations with Orogun ,Ofonibengha and Okpare towns, he hails from Ogbeinama and Ayakoromo towns, both in Delta State, Nigeria. CHILDHOOD Tam Oburumu grew up with his maternal grandparents after a brief stay with his mother Aleibiriere Onduku-Oburumu, who was a primary school teacher at Bomadi town. Her sudden sack from the teaching job in the early eighties forced the young Tam and his siblings Tobi, Timi and Tare to stay with his grandmother, Oyakemederikumor Amgbaduba -Onduku.
