The Ughelli Ijaw day planning committee paid a courtesy visit to Niger Delta highlife music maestro, Chief Barrister .S . Smooth at his residence in Warri, Delta state recently. The high powered delegation was led by the president of the Ughelli Ijaws, Dr Funakpo Odogwu and foremost Niger Delta writer and activist, Tam Oburumu.
